If you're in Los Angeles or Orange County, we also offer local pickup and delivery. Delivery requirements vary, so just send me a DM to arrange it.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Alkaloid Bros, we work hard to get your order packed, shipped, and moving as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the information below so you know exactly what to expect.

Shipping Carriers

We currently ship all domestic orders using UPS and USPS. Canada shipments use USPS International and the customer is required to pay all duty's and tariffs.

Order Processing & Same-Day Shipping

  • Orders placed by 1:00 PM PST, Monday through Saturday, qualify for same-day shipping.

  • Orders placed after the cutoff time will ship the next business day.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will ship the following business day.

  • Unpaid orders are automatically canceled after 30 minutes and will need to be placed again.

Business Days: Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please note:

  • UPS shipments will typically show their first scan when we scan the package at the store.

  • USPS shipments may not show tracking updates until later in the evening, as they are dropped into a prepaid shipping bin and scanned at their first destination facility.

Delays in initial scans do not indicate an issue with your shipment.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery speed depends on the shipping method selected, carrier performance, weekends, and holidays. Most customers receive their orders within 1–5 business days, depending on location and service level.

We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed off.

Free Shipping Qualifications

After all discounts are applied:

  • Orders over $100 qualify for Free USPS Ground or UPS Ground

  • Orders over $200 qualify for Free UPS 2nd Day Air

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and other remote or non-contiguous locations may be subject to additional shipping considerations.

Shipping to these areas often carries significantly higher carrier costs. If the actual shipping cost exceeds our free-shipping allowance, Alkaloid Bros reserves the right to:

  • Adjust the shipping method to the most cost-effective service or

  • Invoice the customer for the difference before the order ships

We will contact you if any action is required before processing your order.

No shipping upgrades beyond these options are offered at this time.

Address Accuracy & Order Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

  • We cannot guarantee that address changes, order edits, or cancellations can be accommodated once an order is placed.

  • Alkaloid Bros is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Return to Sender (RTS) – Customer Error

If a package is marked Return to Sender due to customer error (including but not limited to incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to retrieve the package):

  • A $30 Return Processing Fee will be charged.

  • This fee covers:

    • Return shipping to our return facility in Wyoming

    • Handling and processing

    • Shipping the package back to Alkaloid Bros

    • Re-shipping the order to the customer

The order will not be reshipped until the fee is paid. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order is handed off to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

  • We do not issue refunds for delayed shipments.

  • Lost or stolen packages must be addressed through the carrier’s claims process.

  • Customers are responsible for initiating claims directly with UPS or USPS.

Restricted Shipping Locations

We do not ship to jurisdictions where 7oh is prohibited by law. Orders placed to restricted locations will be canceled and refunded minus any applicable processing fees.

Privacy & Discreet Packaging

Your privacy matters to us.

  • All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging

  • No product details or branding appear on the outside of the package
